Just meh
Ordered from here twice recently. First order went fine, item fit and I ended up keeping it. Tried to return the second order due to the items not fitting... Turns out they don't accept returns on belts... Don't believe I was made aware of this upon purchase. Return policy is rubbish, you only get 14 days compared to the standard 30 day return period of most companies. I'd recommend going to alternative companies to order this stuff, like Ro Rox who have the same sort of clothes but instead have a 30 day return policy. I now am £20 out of pocket for a belt I have no use for which I am annoyed about.
*Update* did offer to refund for the belt but it was too late as I'd already sent it

Hi there Olivia. So sad to read this review as the return policy online where you purchased your £15 belt does state we don’t offer refunds on accessories because they can be worn and then returned so that is why that decision has to be made. Many independent stores as well as a lot of the bigger chains only offer a 14 day policy for returns. I have emailed you directly and await your response. We hope this 2* review doesn’t put people off experiencing a really lovely instore and online service that myself and my team work so hard for to ensure a pleasant experience. X
