Do not waste your time with these people. You pay for your ticket online and only then do they tell you that you need to print the ticket out. Who carries a printer in their rucksack when they're travelling?!?!

In accordance with the traffic law, passengers must have a printed ticket purchased online when boarding the bus. The ticket can be printed at the bus station, at the information counter. Also, some carriers have recently started accepting e-tickets, so they don't need to be printed.
