Avoid-Poor customer service & overpriced.
I brought a dress (and paid postage), it took several weeks to arrive. I tried it on the same day and it was far too long with uneven hem. That evening I asked to return it. All tags attached in original packaging. They agreed but I had to fill out a reason for return form to get a return label.
Over two weeks later I was issued credit to spend on site. I emailed saying I wanted a refund, not store credit. Apparently they do not refund and by filling out the return form I had agreed that I wanted credit. Company policy is that they only give exchanges or store credit. Terrible practise. I would avoid buying any of their overpriced clothing.
Edit- see below reply in which I am accused of being rude to customer support. Simply not true, I would not be rude to someone when simply asking for a refund. This company constantly say items are ‘on sale’
