I wholeheartedly recommend this Skoda service. I took my car to the Skoda service in Waalwijk for the manufacturer recommended updates. There were some serious complications. I was very upset about this. However, Shirley and her boss are such experienced and wise people that my problem was solved in a friendly, professional and quick manner! I would like to point out that Shirley is a very intelligent, wise, experienced, wonderful, warm and committed person. The head of this service in Waalwijk is an experienced and very wise manager - the right, valuable person in the right place.
