Simplify for Grooming Expenses
There is some difficulty in inputting on line for a grooming expense if you have that on your insurance plan. It would be easier to have a separate section, non medical, to hit that tab, date, download receipt, name the pet and go forward. I always have to find the other options when your system wants a diagosis,

Thank you for leaving that feedback! We apologize for any frustration you experienced with the claim submission process. Grooming costs are eligible for reimbursement under the optional Wellness Rewards plan. If you have Wellness Rewards and are trying to submit a claim, you will want to select "Wellness" as the reason for the visit/diagnosis drop down box.
