The claims process is incredibly easy, and the reimbursement is fast. Premiums are reasonable, and they don't seem to penalize you if you make claims by increasing your premiums if you do have to use the insurance. Had this insurance for 3 years, covering 4 pets and have had to use it 3 times for one of those pets... seamless and easy each time.
