From the moment I enquired about filters the customer service has been excellent. The team were on hand to answer all my questions no matter the time or day. Even though we had a small fault with our system, Rob kindly arranged a new filter to be sent out even after the 30 days and took time to talk me through re-fitting it. The water tastes amazing and I feel comforted in the fact I’m giving my family the cleanest drinking water. I can honestly say they have been the best company I’ve dealt with and the customer service and aftercare have been amazing.
