Disappointed — No Support and Unexpected Cancellation

I joined ExportYourStore to manage my multichannel listings, but the experience was disappointing. I contacted support several times for urgent syncing issues (that affected my Amazon account), and while waiting for help, they canceled my subscription without warning or resolution.

My shop listings were impacted, I received no meaningful support, and the silence was frustrating. I expected a professional service — but was left handling the fallout on my own.

I don't recommend this tool to serious sellers who need reliable support and transparency. There are better platforms out there for managing cross-listing with actual customer care.
