Made appt for March in February. On day of appointment was woken at 3am with alert they cancelled appointment for that day. That morning emailed asking when Doctor would be available next and I was told they would contact me in next few weeks. Three weeks later emailed them had no response, another week after that I emailed them and still no response. Offers great service was hoping it would be a good experience. Possibly one doctor available which would be challenging but then perhaps change services offered? Hopefully resolves in future as shame no service available was hoping to use. Have tried UpDoc which was fantastic highly recommend.
