AVOID!!

AVOID!!!
Brought a brand new car and was told it came with a 3 year free servicing plan. When I came to book the car in I was told this was not the case. Completely lied to.
The sales manager Lee took over 6 weeks to call me back to even speak to me (heard every excuse under the sun including his own staff never passed on the messages). When I eventually spoke to him he had zero customer service skills.
I was also lied to by Gemma in Servicing who said all both the staff who sold me the car had left - they hadnt. The sales man still works there because I went and spoke to him myself. Also found out the car should have had a recall - I received no notifications and to date this fault has still not been rectified.
If you want to be ripped off to the tune of thousands then fill your boots.... My advice - avoid like the plague!
