The most terrible experience that I,ve had so far with a cross listing app such as this one. It casued some damage to my customer service reputation because their soo called cross listing app cannot pick on any other issues and eliminate them.. Endless amounts of item sold, yet the item not de-listed from other apps by Vendoo, even tho this is one of the purposes of using this app. Items were sold again unknown to me and I had to issue apologies to customers because I use a terrible app such as this one. Evry time I've complained to them, they come up with some ridiculously bad or very unsafe suggestions, such as; leave the computer open over the night so that the software can recognise the sales and delete the listing!? Could you imagine if I did that dumb thing and left a laptop on 24/7 and it could of over-heat, explode, cause fire, or life threatening damage?? This is how bad this app and team behind it. I am now left with very dissatisfied customers as a result of this app not de-listing my sales, as well as a big hole in my account for payments which do not justify even 10% the quality of this app can offer. I am beyond frustrated and de-satisfied, more so left in disbelieve, that in 2025 we cannot fix some bugs, and we just come up with stupid and bad excuses. Yet they're great at taking you money. So I recommend stay away from this terrible thing.
