Agent excellent

Our agent was always available 24/7 for us to ask questions or get advice. I found this comforting as at our age we might be worried about something and overthink the problem but she was there to answer our question. She didn't have a phone where you press every number and then sit for an hour to get through. Always rang back if she was engaged. She was knowledgeable about her service. Although we got less than expected at the actual auction, it's was a quick process. You knew you had sold and no people messing you about for weeks then backing out. I really can't thank Jo enough for helping us. My only negative is the solicitors I was recommend were actually less than average.
