Attempted to charge us £600.

Dealing with this company was a poor experience. They booked a service with us and failed to disclose known access restrictions at their site, which prevented the collection. Despite this being entirely outside our control, we refunded them in full.

After the refund, they attempted to charge us £600 for rebooking elsewhere - more than they originally paid. No other customer has ever tried anything like this.

To clarify:
• We did not buy anything from them - they booked with us.
• There was no retaliation. We only left this review after they tried to charge us following a full refund despite refunding in full for an issue we did not create.
• This review concerns their conduct - not a purchase.

This review has been left by a representative of a company from whom we purchased a service—not the other way around. We were the paying customer. After they failed to deliver their service and we sought compensation for additional costs we incurred, they retaliated with this negative review.
