Disappointed in Quality and Support
I purchased a Cub Cadet zero-turn mower expecting reliable performance and solid customer service. Instead, I’ve had nothing but issues. The build quality is extremely poor—components fail far sooner than they should on a mower in this price range.
Worse than the mower issues is the customer support. The warranty seems meaningless, as the company doesn’t stand behind their equipment. I was met with endless delays and finger-pointing. The call center is clearly outsourced and offers no real help or accountability.
If you’re considering Cub Cadet, I strongly suggest looking at other brands that actually support their customers. I’ll never buy from them again.
