Good Day with frustrating start
Delivery and fitting were arranged for the same day, the fitters arrived before the delivery. I’d agreed with customer services that I would pay the money due on delivery by 3 separate bank transfers starting 2 days ahead. All the payments were set up at the same time so that they would happen automatically on the stated day. Payment 1 and 2 went through smoothly. When the lorry was ready to depart, the 3rd payment hadn’t arrived. I had to log into my online banking account and show your representative that the money had left my account and was on its way. However, they still waited and the fitters were delayed in starting.
Once they started everything seemed to go to plan and our additions to the veranda were completed in the day. They also saw that one of the glass panels in the veranda roof had a small crack and had reported it for replacement.
