As we’ve searched your first and last name on our database and have found no records of your purchase, we also asked you to provide the evidence of your purchase nearly 2 weeks ago now and you have ignored all of out attempts and also trustpilots attempts to verify you as a genuine customer.

We are now lead to believe that you are not a genuine customer but actually just a spiteful spineless saboteur trying to give our company and products a bad name.

We can confirm that our manufacturing plant in China has been NSF certified. So you are clearly lying about that. Which is a blatant attempt to defame our company.

To be clear we not shipping the products from China to you. All of the parts are shipped to us here in the UK, Essex and then quality checked, assembled, pressure tested and then shipped out from here.

In theory we could actually claim like some other companies do that they are made here in Britain as they are assembled and pressure tested etc here, but we choose not to do this because we like to be completely honest with our customers and tell them the complete reality of the situation, even though some people still have a negative opinion on China.

It’s ironic really but some will stuff their face with Chinese on a Friday night whilst sitting on there Chinese made phone ordering Chinese made clothes, watching there Chinese made tv then they’ll call out to their Chinese made Alexa to put on their Chinese made kettle so they can drink out of a mug they purchased from the range which unbeknown to some was also manufactured and imported in bulk from China.

Anyway the fact is… Whether we like it or not China has the largest manufacturing industry in the world and these days and are actually the industry leading manufacturers for a lot of products worldwide.

Some people are still not aware that the quality and regulations have completely changed and improved massively since the late 80s-90s when China had a bad reputation for cheaply made products…

Since then a LOT has changed! A large variety of products are not even manufactured in any other countries these days due to lack of manufacturing industry around the world.

Anyway I’m sure that this is all something that you are well aware of already.

You didn’t even mention which filter you were referring to which I find very odd because we have over 6 types of filtration systems available and they all work for different specific applications.

I look forward to hearing your response John and hopefully you can provide us with a receipt/proof of purchase so we can get to the bottom of this and get it sorted for you.
