The Company were good enough to replace a broken filter, which was immediately sent to me, but surprisingly made me pay for the postage!

On returning to the office, I reviewed the situation and can confirm the filter left us in good condition, but it appears to have been damaged during fitting. A replacement was promptly issued, along with guidance via email on how to use it correctly to help prevent any future issues.
