Bake at Home Customer Service is appalling
Bake at Home service is appalling. Delivery delayed by DPD which spoiled the delivery (need to be kept refrigerated). Impossible to contact Rudys. No phone or social media contacts. Emails are ignored. I contacted my York store who did their best to help but admitted that the Bake at Home service which is run from Manchester isn't good and they struggle to reply to customer emails. I have had to go to my credit card provider to apply chargeback to recover my costs. Good pizzas if they arrive before being spoiled by not being kept refrigerated.
