Slow to Reimburse, but Patience is Key
I have been using Genki for over a year and a half. I submitted 4 reimbursements, which took about 7 weeks to be paid, but they were all reimbursed. I didn't actually realize that they were in my PayPal account and thought they were still outstanding so I initially wrote a scathing review of their services and communication, but I'm withdrawing that. My apologies for the communication.

Our customer support team has contacted DR-WALTER’s payments team several times to alert them of the issue and request a faster response. We’ve since received confirmation from their team that your case is being reviewed, and we will continue to follow up until your reimbursement is completed.
Please rest assured that hundreds of claim payouts are processed by DR-WALTER every month, and situations like this, while rare, are taken seriously. If any issues arise with payment methods or processing times, both Genki and DR-WALTER will reach out directly to affected customers with an update.
