Ordered oil in a small tanker, apparently a large tanker turned up and refused to deliver, despite requesting a small tanker as per previous orders when they have been before to our address. They cancelled the order without telling also this has happened on other occasions. Never tell you they have cancelled they just do it, you have to chase them yourselves as oil did not arrive on time also.
