Rude and stupid delivery driver Turned up at our property having woken up our neighbor; then refused to deliver our oil as his company had made a typo in the address details - even though it showed our address!
Had to spend several hours getting through to them and now they have rearranged delivery (which is now late)…. Not recommended.
UPDATE - having spoken to a representative of Certas Energy (eventually) they assured me the Oil would be delivered the next day (Saturday); Saturday came and went, again NO DELIVERY. I then got an email from them saying “sorry your order is delayed, we will contact you when we can rearrange delivery…..” Of course none of the contact telephone numbers for them work at the weekend and we have now run out of oil. Pathetic service. Incidentally, they seem very fast at defending themselves with responses to reviews, it is a shame they are less responsive doing the job they are paid to do!
