Incompetent
Driver would not deliver as he said I had a leak on the tank. He was wrong. I emailed photos to prove no leak. The customer service person didn’t forward the photos to the correct person. Many phone calls later I was told my refund was through value oils even though I didn’t order through them. Incompetent staff. Finally got a manager who was helpful.
