I have used Morguard three times now. The first time, my surveyor was Gianni, who went absolutely above and beyond – he managed to arrive when there was a bit of a flood (of wastewater, so especially pleasant) happening in the property and, wait for it, tried to stop the flood with his hands! He then produced not only a very detailed report but also a very long, reassuring and somewhat therapeutic phone chat to me and my husband. I was upset to learn that I was assigned another surveyor, Jack, on a different occasion, but he was also very thorough (luckily no need to stop waste water in that property), and on the third occasion Tom was equally thorough in his report and considerate in his communications. The speed and smoothness of all communications were also top notch (including evenings and weekends). I mean, if everything was as easy as dealing with these guys the world would be a better place, and the real estate world a tad less traumatic!
