Bought a Speedo swimming costume specifically because their website said that it was of a particular fabric. The one I received was clearly inferior and not of the material stated. They refused a refund as it was swimwear (even though it was the wrong product, I hadn't tried it on and it had a replacable strip on it for hygiene reasons).
