The website is every confusing such that I accidentally ordered 5 braces instead of 1. There was no screen to verify my order before submitting it. It was processed very quickly and there was no way to cancel or correct the order when I tried immediately afterwards.
I feel t his is a scam to get more money. If it was a reputable company, they would care about their customer’s experience and try to correct problems.
I was offered a 50% refund to not return the unwanted braces. I want a full refund but it has to be authorized before they will give the address to return them.
