I got a really quick response when I made a claim for expenses for my dog's cancer treatment. They have picked up 90% of everything so far. We have a very expensive surgery coming up so I sent in a pre-authorization and that was really quick also. I am so glad I don't have to make decisions about my dog's health based on cost.
