The vet’s office had no idea how to file a claim- a claim was filed on my behalf using someone’s else and Trupanion was very kind working with the office manager to correct their error. I was extremely bothered that the vet’s office promotes Trupanion but didn’t look out for me and my dog to ensure claims were done right. I had to get a little upset to get them moving- very sad.
