Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service.
Order placed 1st Jan, two failed deliveries since then.
Tried to contact customer service via phone and 4 different email addresses NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE.

Now being told from delivery company that they won't be delivered until March

Less flowers than ordered

We received the standard size bunch of flowers when I paid for the 50% more option

Have now been contacted by eflorist 6 days after order received, but they have now offered a replacement.
