Good stuff, good price and very good service. My only issue is with the website, which is not the friendliest to use. I have abandoned carts a couple of times when I lost patience!

Valuable item (over £10k) was eventually safely delivered. BUT a day later than original notification (not even collected from supplier until scheduled delivery date) and delivered 30 minutes outside the window DHL supplied. Signature was supposed to be required due to value, but courier refused one and merely took photo. Not the security I would have hoped for.

We at Biteback Products have been working with Glentham since 2017 and they supply a large percentage of our raw materials. During that time both they and we have seen large growth, but we still find they have managed to retain the personal touch that we value so much. Always helpful and ready to seek out some unusual requests, Glentham also maintain very competitive prices which have enabled us to maintain good profit margins at an increasingly challenging time for small companies. We have limited storage facilities and have to work on a 'we need it now' basis and Glentham have always done their best to facilitate that need. All in all, a great company to work with!

Globe packaging spoiled their near-perfect record as my mainstay packaging supplier when their website accepted my order for an out-of-stock item. I was given a new date, a few days away, for dispatch but this came and went. A phone call to them reveals that I will have to wait another 4 weeks. Disappoints me to have to look elsewhere.

Everything great, good communication from Hughes, good at remedying what appeared to be a small bit missing on the website to claim a discount, good product and good choice of delivery days. BUT a bit doubtful about Hughes' choice of delivery company. This item was purchased for our small business. How many businesses can accept delivery at 0715 without some warning? Just lucky that our business is at the rear of our house because I was in pyjamas when the knock came on the door - and we were their second delivery!

I think we got great value for money from Feedback Five (from eComEngine). The software isn't massively intuitive to use (hence me knocking a star off) but the team are ready and willing to help with any queries. Results-wise, it definitely generated a lot of Amazon product reviews, which has in turn helped boost our sales on that channel. We now have a lot of reviews so no need for us to invest in FF any more, but I would recommend it to others who are hoping to increase their Amazon product reviews.
