Josh called about our renewal explained everything and we stayed with them, everything one I've spoken to is always very polite and most helpful

From the very first time I spoke to Paul McManus he went above and beyond to get our cruise all finalised. Well done Paul thank you keep up the excellent work and would definitely contact you again.

I felt they did not deliver on the customer service I would have expected. Their fitter travell for about 3 hours to get to my home so they arrive late and leave early, did not know that and was never told. Also they measured my floor wrong and I had to wait another 12 days to have the flooring completed

I have been using cheap smells now for a few years and I find their goods delivery and service is excellent

i have not used the bed yet but the service was excellent the bed arrived four days before the estimated delivery time but it was just luck that i was in as there was no phone call to say they were on there way and i was told they would call before delivery.
