Very slow still not received notification of shipping or receipt of item

All as expected and very pleased with the service given however the price of Homecare is excessive so please reduce this especially to pensioners.

For the most part does what it says on the tin.

Kevin was exceptional in sorting out supply of equipment after the web site said available for click and collect and in fact it was not. He called me like he said after procuring my needed item and he gave me a discount for my trouble.

Excellent service delivery prices a little too high

The food is great the reason for holding back and not giving it 5 stars is I use these meals in my caravan and when on a site without electricity I then Cannot use the microwave and have to heat the food in the gas oven the problem is the supplied containers are not oven proof as a result lots of washing up is created using oven proof dishes etc

From first contact to end of a detailed and informative fitting session I received nothing but exemplary service.

Perfect service perfect delivery perfect in every way with the exception of price. Very expensive and horrifically expensive delivery charges making just 2 inches off brass bar cost in total in excess of £30

Only praise for the help in deciding if this was for me and subsequently processing the orders I chose. If I have one comment its how slow it is to receive the final documentation packages is excessively slow.
