Our local DPD driver is great and always goes above and beyond. I don't know the rest of the team behind the scenes, but so far there has never been a significant failure or problem with deliveries. Thanks are the order of the day to all, keep up the good work.

Popped in to the local store as moral support for a friend and made the most of asking one of the RS team about a specific item. The advice and options given resulted in a purchase, plus as a treat, we managed to get a showing of the opening sequence of the F1 movie in the demo room, very nice. Great service and a great team at the store.

I have ordered several items from F1 this year and every item has arrived as promised and the products have been first class.

Easy to renew, price was reasonable if not the best, but Ripe have been easy to deal with.

From locating the desired product on the Park Cameras website right through to delivery, everything was quick and easy. Product arrived as expected in good packaging to protect it in transit. The item itself was exactly as described. Can't ask for better than that.

Just mooching round a John Lewis store is fun but when they have an item you want at a reasonable price, everything just gets a little better. The staff are always friendly.

Ordering the product online was easy and the responses on purchase and delivery were excellent. Only let down was delivery from DPD who didn’t deliver on the day specified, but pretended they tried with a fake photo and lost ‘we called’ card. Fortunately they didn’t know the property has 24 hr video coverage. The actual DPD delivery driver was very polite and timely. Product works well, carpets look new again.

Quickview is pretty easy to use for submitting the vat return. As a fairly new user and non-accountant, there are still things that I am trying to get to grips with. The package looks good and when I am fully happy, I will upgrade to the full paid version.

My better other half and myself enjoy playing with our cameras, hers a 7D and mine a 60D, but we tend to use Tamron lenses on a day to day basis. As the local airshow was looming and knowing the sort of distance involved between spectator and display, we decided to hire a canon 100-400 lens. Having checked the web, LensesforHire had good reviews, so we decided to get one from them. The order process was very straightforward, the delivery via DPD arrived bang on time and the lense was in good condition, packaged well and came with lens filter and a couple of sheets of destructions on use and return of product. There was a slight hickup with the return, but this only resulted in a return delay of one day for which we were not charged. We hope to hire from LensesforHire again in the future and look forward to an equally pleasant experience.
