The store is great and the staff are brilliant.

My only gripe is that they ask every customer if they have a loyalty card, cue 5 minutes waiting for them to sell the benefits whilst everyone else just stands around twiddling their thumbs.

I had a bad case of gravel rash across the front of my T6 kombi due to some fall out from a Tipper truck, a friend recommended chipex so i thought I’d give it a go.

I was a bit apprehensive as some of the chips were huge (6-8mm and down to the metal) but it really did get them out.

I don't normally write reviews but I’m pretty fussy and this does work if you follow the instructions.

Brilliant - they didn't really suit me so I posted them back on Friday and was refunded on Monday - it doesn't get much better than that.

First class customer service, the guy (john?) really went out of his way to ensure we were happy....

It didn’t get to the right street.

It was deliver to the right house number but unfortunately the wrong street about 1/2 a mile away, fortunately the chap who’s doorstep it was left on managed to get my number and phoned me - I then went to pick it up.

If he hadn’t have been so honest god knows what grief I would have had trying to prove it hadn’t been delivered....
