The worst service ever. They never deliver the package at the indicated address. they send a missed call on the registered number , ( didn't answer when I called back) and delivered it at some pickup point. When the package is 16 to 24 kg or more, his kind of delivery is pointless. This is the third time this has happened to me.

The cake that was ordered came on time but was stale. It smelled bad and seemed to have gone bad.
