Express service is not express. The website is a pretend Danish frontend located elsewhere.

Express service is not express.
I chose the FedEx express delivery (48-72 hours), ordered dec.3.
The package is not moving since yesterday.
I contacted FedEx, they told me that they do not know when the package will continue transit, and that cannot guarantee delivery this week (this means maybe 8 days instead of 2 to 3 days).
I tried to contact SkrueEkspress with the phone number on the website, they do not help by phone.
I am now trying to cancel my order and awaiting a reply to my email.
I am not happy of the time I spend waiting, and I am not happy of the website facade that shows a Danish front-end while the company is in fact located France (I though that I was ordering locally), and I am not happy that the FedEx express delivery is not express at all and totally unreliable.
I can see that other customers have the same issues.

Does not deliver in time

Does not deliver in time
My package is not moving since more than a day, while delivery was planned to be 48-72 hours.
Customer service was not able to tell me when I will receive the package, emitted a guess that I will maybe receive it somewhere between 2 an 6 more days with no guarantee.
Customer service helped me to cancel the delivery.

Inhuman way of treating people

I have been repatriated with my familly by FGA for a surgery.
They made an error on the plane ticket so when we reached the airport we had to rebook in emergency, and we had to leave our dog behind at the airport. We do not know how and when the dog will be repatriated.
They confirmed that they were in contact with the hospital to plan the hospitalization and surgery for me as soon as I would arrive.
When I arrived tonight at the hospital, the hospital was not aware that I would come and had no information about my injury. Falck has not communicated with the hospital, they simply routed me to the emergency department. I waited one hour in pain in the emergency room and went home at the recommendation of the emergency personnel because there was 4 more waiting hours.
I am in need of a surgical intervention, Falck was responsible to organize the surgery, told us that everything was taken care off and that I would be hospitalized as soon as I arrived.
Now I am home with no care, no information about when the surgery will occur, and not even an appointment with a doctor.
I called FGA tonight, they told me that they cannot help me and recommend that I call the emergencies or call them back the next morning.
The way I and my family are being treated now is not human.

Update after FGA’s response: what they claim in the comment is not true, they did pretty much nothing additional to make the situation better: I took care of myself through the danish healthcare system, and my family drove the dog because FGA could not find a 100% secure solution, and since the family was driving they tried to make savings on the dog repatriation cost plane tickets. We were lucky that the car insurance (not FGA) helped us get the car back… on a side note, FGA is subcontractor to my insurance company, my insurance did a good job fixing what they could after FGA messed up.

So positive outcome: not really, and absolutely not thanks to FGA, I stand by my review and I’m quite stunned by their response …

When I read your last comment it seems that you have not received the last mail that we have sent to you, where we comment on your complaint, so I will sum it up here.

We have apologized for the error on the plane ticket booking. It was a human mistake. We are sorry that this lead to you rebooking the flight tickets and leave your dog behind with your family in France. We should have made sure that the tickets provided were issued correctly. We were not aware that it was not possible to bring a dog on the plane from that Airport at that particular time of the year. And we were not made aware of this by the flight company as the booking was at a time where it was possible to arrange a dog on the plane.
We offered different solutions as to how it was possible to repatriate your dog that we consider a 100 % secure. We agreed with you on the fine solution that your family could drive to Denmark with your car and the dog and have the expenses covered by your insurance.

Concerning your visitation to Herlev Hospital our doctor called the visitation at Herlev Hospital and he was informed that they would have a chief physician at their Emergency Room (Akutmodtagelsen) to look at you and evaluate your need for treatment/surgery. We are sorry that it didn't turn out to be so, when you arrived at Herlev hospital, and that you had to wait in line with other patients.
We should have communicated the following to you clearly:
- that the visitation was arranged through Akutmodtagelsen which could imply waiting time on equal terms as all other acute patients.
- advised you to call ahead to Akutmodtagelsen to be advised about the length of the waiting time.
- and that FGA does not have mandate to allocate patients for treatment/surgery ahead of other patients in the public health system in Denmark.
We were glad on your behalf to hear that you were seen by an orthopedic doctor at Herlev at a later point, and that they will monitor your situation and that acute operation wasn't necessary.

We wish you a good recovery.

Misleading practice and no response to customer complaints

They do not respond to emails about cases. Their employee told me when I complained that he was not able to respond to me, I contacted the legual department multpile times and they never responded.

I received a mail from Truspilot that Enjify asked for my order number after my first review.

Enjify knows about my complaint, they still ignore me.

In my opinion that compagny is unethical, dishonest, and disrispectul of european law.

Such businesses should be shut down.

The way of selling is missleading

The way of selling is missleading. They sell user accounts, while the website is design to make customers beleive that they buy downloadable content:

- The product pages mentions [game name] Nintendo eShop Global. It does does not mention the word "account" anywhere. There are a few lines at the very end that mentions "The Format is a digital product that will allow us to download" - it is hardly enough to understand that it is not a game we buy but an account.
- The basket mentions [game name] Nintendo eShop Global. It does does not mention the word "account" anywhere.
- The email we receive after buying the product mentions "Your product key(s):", it does not mention the word account anywhere.

The complete site is designed to make the users beleive that they are buying keys and to trick them into buying accounts.

There are many users that complain about this on Trustpilot, Enjify replies to these reviews, so they are aware the many users are mislead. So enjify continues doing this being aware that the product pages are misleading.

If enjfy was honest and ethical, given the number of customers in my situation, they would provide a refund, and they would make obvious on the product pages that the products are in fact accounts and not keys.

This is definitely misleading practice, and this is forbidden by european law.

Dishonest, such practice should be illegal. I subscribed to the photographer plan at 90 Dkk / month and end up paying 250dkk more for Adobe stock I never meant to subscribe to, with a huge fee of more than 1000 Dkk if I want to unsubscribe.
This is a scam.
This kind of practice is very low, especially for a big company like Adobe.
