SCAM! Took £300 of mine

I sent an entire order back as the clothes were awful and was refunded for half. When I contacted them, they said they would check the CCTV to check if I was lying about returning the full order. They have just contacted me to say they couldn't find CCTV footage of my package and therefore they can't refund me my £300 but will consider giving me store credit! I am absolutely horrified. Clearly a scam or someone stealing in their warehouse and I'm having to take the hit for it. I'm currently pregnant and need that money and could do without the stress. Please do not order from them. Poor quality clothes, overpriced and you will have your money taken from you. The worst online experience I've ever had.

What a brilliant buying experience! My order arrived so quickly and was absolutely beautifully packaged. Someone has clearly taken so much care with sourcing gorgeous items and has thought of every little touch. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Avoid at all costs

We bought patterned floor tiles with a border. The border tiles have no reverse corners, so can only be used in perfectly square rooms (very unlikely in bathrooms as most have a shower tray which would require a reverse corner).

So frustrating that this isn’t available and we’ve now wasted hundreds of pounds on a floor that looks terrible.

We contacted the company and they were very dismissive and didn’t reply to a comment on Facebook.

Just do yourself a favour and avoid.

Very sorry if we didn't see your Facebook comment, to be honest, we are a tiny team and even though we try very hard to catch all social media mentions or comments, it is always best to contact us via email or phone if you have a question regards any of our tiles and we will always try to help customers to create a beautiful installation!

You are correct in saying that we offer only one style corner and
if you look at the tile description on our website it does say.....'Our corners come in one design and can be used either as an internal corner, or an external one but not both. If you choose to use them as an internal corner your tiler would then mitre the borders tiles to create the external option and visa versa.'
As this is all stated on our page for this product and we are at the end of a phone to assist all our customers as good customer service is really important to our small company, we feel your comments are extremely harsh and rather unfair.

Worst online experience I’ve had in a long time

Placed an order on the basis that they could deliver the fastest. Guaranteed delivery by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went; still no dispatch notification. I emailed to see what was happening and got an auto response basically saying they are too busy to reply and if you’ve got a problem, cancel your order! Absolutely astounding. Got a response the following week, helpfully telling me my order had been delivered, with no apology for the fact it was days late.

Beware of hidden 'percentage excess' - cost us £1k!

I've had my pet insurance cover with this company for years. Unfortunately, this year our dog ruptured a disc and had to have major spinal surgery costing over £5,000. We had to pay this ourselves and claim it back from Bought by Many. After over 7 weeks of the claim 'processing' (not sure what is so hard about contacting the vet to double check the invoice you provided is correct) we found out they took nearly £1000 as a 'percentage excess' on top of the standard excess fee. This was not made clear at any point when purchasing the cover. I've been paying for the top lifetime cover policy for all these years. Such a complete waste of time and all in all a really bad experience. Certainly won't be renewing. If in doubt - go elsewhere.

Don’t believe the delivery times

Ordered some pillows that said they’d be delivered in 5 working days. It’s now been 11 working days and I haven’t even had a dispatch notification. So frustrating.

Edit: Someone called me within hours of posting this review to apologise, say they have no been dispatched and offer me a partial refund. Really nice guy and a nice personal touch.

Ok overall but quality was disappointing and free returns would make me more likely to return

The quality of the majority of the clothes I ordered were quite poor. I know the clothes are good value put I would rather pay a bit more for better quality. Also, the fact you have to pay to return the items would put me off buying from the website again.
