Fantastic customer service from Jean and Allison at Aga Knutsford. Lovely showroom with knowledgable staff. Extremely easy, quick and professional order process. After service was also great with fitters coming back to install once the kitchen was ready and also an engineer coming back to replace a handrail with a slight scratch on. Also excellent service with follow up calls after delivery and service visits

I have used Britannia Rose several times for fabric and Roman blinds and have always been pleased. Their Roman Blinds are the best quality, superior track mechanism so would always recommend over other suppliers. I also got two free cushions once with a Roman Blind only because the order was slightly delayed, I hadn’t rang to chase so a very nice gesture

I have bought products from Best Heating before so was happy to use again. I actually turned out to be a nightmare customer. Firstly, I ordered the wrong size radiator but quickly realised the next day and Carole managed to take it off the delivery vehicle without any big fuss. Secondly, I then ordered the wrong size radiator which was delivered. I followed the link for a return and received a quick reply giving instructions and the link to parcel monkey so I could choose a carrier. A reasonable charge, easy process to return the radiator I ordered by mistake. Always good to deal with a company that can effectively sort out a problem (all my own fault, lesson learnt - never order in a rush🙄)
