The customer service I’ve experienced online and in-store at Astrid & Miyu is second to none - cannot fault it. Any query you have, they’re able to answer it. And on top of it all, the products are stunning and so well made

I bought the napkins as a gift, they were just beautiful! The customer service was impeccable also, they supported me throughout the whole purchase process

Firstly, the glasses take a considerable amount of time to arrive as the company is in Berlin - which is not clearly detailed on the .co.uk website. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses on the 10 day free trial and returned them within the allocated timeframe, yet I have still been incorrectly charged the full amount for the glasses, over £900.

Thankfully I have kept the post office tracking number and I am currently in dispute with them in regard to the incorrect debit from my account!

Trying on lens at home during covid free of charge for 10 days, looks too good to be true - I’ve now realised it is! Save yourself the hassle of going into a dispute with MisterSpecs about the incorrect refund and avoid at all costs!

Missguided is definately one of my favourite shops at the moment! It has everything that I need and want at reasonable prices.
Sometimes there are things on the website that are similar to other clothes in other shops, but with missguided having such good prices I will definately buy from there!
At one point I bought a midi navy dress and loved it so much I got the same dress in just a shorter style!
