So frustrating that you can’t log in once and view your accounts … you have to log in separately for each account and it’s annoying, not like other banks and building societies where you can see all your accounts in one place.

Lovely staff, didn’t rush us into making our decision. Prompt delivery and friendly delivery men who respected our property.

Cannot fault the fitter, who was very polite and punctual BUT trying to order on line was a nightmare - I tried to put the order through and it stated there was an error and I had to contact customer services ... what a waste of time, they couldn't help on both occasions, they even told me the order hadn't gone through!! I was put on hold for over 45 minutes and then cut off. I didn't think the order had gone through and nearly ordered via another company but hey, somehow the order did go through. Not sure I would buy through Tyres on the drive again. Just let down by customer services.

After trying several pairs then ordering- I had far to many emails with reference to my prescription and nearly gave up. Unfortunately when they arrived they were far to big and did not fit like the trial ones so have had to be returned.

I placed an order on line on the 19th October - heard nothing and called the customer services where I was totally unsatisified by the response - they need to be able to be in contact with the internet side. It was only until I sent at least 2 queries online I finally got a response. My goods arrived and not the right size!!! Why did I bother? Finally only after getting angry and upset was a replacement sent. Would think twice before I order from this company again.
