I ordered gold baubles and the ones received can only be described as yellow, bright yellow. Not what I was expecting at all. I was also overcharged, which I had to point out, and they said I would get a refund. No one answers emails or the phone. All very disappointing.
I appreciated the range of products to choose from. However I failed to spot where I added a gift message. This really was not very obvious. However, on contacting Customer Service by email they responded straight away and added my gift message. I was also slightly concerned at EVRI being their courier, but again Customer Service were helpful and reassuring, and in fact I need not have worried and my order was delivered safely and correctly. Would definitely use NIO again.

No tracking information provided for the plant. I emailed the CGF for information and no reply at all. The parcel has now arrived with no indication whatsoever on the right way up. Consequently on opening the parcel the plant was right out of the pot and there was soil absolutely everywhere. A complete mess and disappointing service from this Company. I only hope I can salvage the poor crumpled plant.
I would leave NO stars if I could. In particular DPD Driver "Bailey". Absolutely no service whatsoever from DPD today. The driver just could not be bothered to open a gate and drove off. Then on the phone they blatantly lied and said the parcel would still be delivered...needless to say it was not. My heart always sinks when I see something I've ordered is coming with DPD. They are useless.

Very poor product & no customer service I wish I'd read all the poor reviews before ordering. The "Christmas Tree Highly Scented Tea Lights" were no such thing. They gave off no scent when lit whatsoever. If you stuck your nose into the delivery box, you might get a faint whiff of pine lavatory cleaner. As for "Customer Service" it is so user-UNfriendly as to basically say Do Not Contact Us. Impossible to call them. They take at least 2 days to reply to an email, and then when they don't provide a sufficient response, take a further 2 days to get back again. Avoid if you can, I certainly won't be back.
Customer Service? Nope, forget it. Rang them re pulsing Dyson hoover. All he was interested in was registering my product and wittered on about sending it in for repair. I had told him that I'd washed the filters and it turns out (after subsequently watching utube videos) that you absolutely have to ensure the filters are bone dry before replacing them. Otherwise you get the annoying pulsing. Quite a common problem apparently but one which Dyson supposed "customer service" were completely unable to help with. Don't bother contacting them.
I don't believe the driver "ScoutG" even attempted delivery today but had the cheek to send a message that he'd "missed me". I was waiting at home the whole day. The accompanying photo was not even anywhere near my property. This is despite full details, instructions and a phone number being provided on my DPD app account. I really do not have any confidence in this Company.

My first time using Stoneglow and unfortunately it was not a good experience. My order was never delivered by Evri resulting in much frustration trying to reach them (impossible) and then having to convince Stoneglow that there was a problem. It turned out there had been an error with my address which had not been picked up by Stoneglow as their orders go straight to Evri. After many calls, where they were initially not very understanding, SG finally re-sent my order via a different carrier. I have not used the diffuser refills yet, so cannot comment on them, but this delivery fracas has not left me with a warm feeling and I would hesitate to use them again. Seeing SG's response that this was actually my fault has furthered my opinion that their customer service could be improved. The fault lies in their system which did not pick up my address correctly for delivery but miraculously did for the billing address. When I suggested that they might like to check this with IT I was met with a "no can do" attitude. Yes, they eventually resolved the issue but with a lack of grace and by leaving me with the impression that the error was my fault. Blaming the customer is not a good approach. In no way has their customer service encouraged me to remain a customer.

Everything! Firstly they use UPS for delivery who are hopeless in my experience. The sizes are completely wrong - far too big. Then trying to return is an utter nightmare, customer services absolutely impossible to get hold of. They do not respond to emails or voicemails I do not have access to a printer and in this day and age to have to print a return label is crazy. Will never use again or recommend, and wish could give no stars.
Super efficient service. Emily, the Plumbs agent, was really good, friendly and approachable, kept in touch and brilliant at her job at measuring up and fitting my new loose covers. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

I so wanted this to work as I love the ideology of Sentia. However, apart from the taste which I really did not like at all (both black and red), it did absolutely nothing for me. No effect at all. I am glad I tried it and it seems to work for others, but I will not be buying any more.

I have no response at all from this Company despite sending several emails. They do not provide any telephone numbers. They have taken payment of course, but I am unable to track my order as it says it does not exist. Sadly I think I have been scammed, so beware.
Had a problem with my order and was quite shocked at the attitude of the customer service chap when I called, which was bordering on downright rude and disrespectful. No reply to my emails either. The ordering process leaves something to be desired as well. Will not use Threshers again.
Poor customer service. I chased up an order which had not been dispatched and was met with defensive talk, no apology, and not the slightest bit of empathy. Very disappointing.

No Customer Service at all. The slippers received are just awful, rough and uncomfortable. I stuck it out for a while thinking they may get better but then tried to contact the Slipper shop about this. They do not respond to emails and their phone system is completely impossible to use. Very disappointed. Future customers - beware of the Egos felt slippers, they are awful. The Slipper shop now will now not allow me to post a review of these "slippers" on their website which is telling.
I went in to book my first cruise feeling rather bewildered and confused about the wealth of information & detail about booking a cruise. Lauren at Barrhead Travel, IoW, could not have been more helpful and understanding. I really felt that she was looking after me, and looking out for me as well, in getting the best deal. I would definitely recommend her, and her other helpful colleagues, and will use Barrhead travel again.
No customer service at all! I have a faulty item but when I contacted "customer service" they were less than helpful to say the least. I see others have had similar experiences. The person I spoke to couldn't have cared less that I was an unhappy customer. The overriding impression given was that I was in the wrong. Like others, I will not use this Company again.
Lola Adjustable Waist Crop Trousers 1.These do not adjust at the waist, they just have some elastic inside so they can stretch to a bigger waist size if needed. Therefore incorrectly labelled as they are not "adjustable", merely stretch waist. Therefore no good if you need a smaller waist fitting. 2. The material is very heavy for a summer item of clothing - more suitable for winter plus the brushed material picks up every single little piece of dust, fluff etc so they look rather scruffy almost immediately. 3. The irritating little button inside the front fitting fell off after one wearing.
