All gone to pot, find an alternative!

Been using them for 2.5 years now weekly deliveries. Over the last few months they've managed to just completely disregard customers and become a nightmare.

They have changed everything and experimented with their quite laughable delivery process which makes no sense at all now since some pen pusher has got involved. (Should actually listen to their employees doing the work) I believe this has been ongoing but it's just reached my area. They come when they want basically and the poor drivers are left to deal with the fallout from us customers.

Tracking is pointless. No alternatives are offered to companies who NEED deliveries at certain times and days such as those serving fresh food and allocated staff times for deliveries.

Make a complaint and raise a claim if you get damaged food, wrong orders etc they just reject it. "Denied - Uplift not returned" was the last message. Drivers knew nothing about this. Emailed several times you're lucky if you get a reply. Never once met a sales rep, if it wasn't for the drivers who deliver id have sacked these off long ago and found an alternative. 30 - 50k a year and it means nothing to them. I am now seeking alternative suppliers, hope they start to listen to their employees who know how to do their job. Maybe throw in a touch of customer service by putting your sales rep to work too. 2.5 years and never met or heard from them. Think I got a box of chocolates once (not given personally) passed to the driver to give us.

Look for an alternative if I were you these are on mission to make more money and in the process sacrifice customer relations and service. I've only given two stars because the drivers are excellent and most in store staff are very helpful. As a company they get zero.

Setting the highest standards for comp…

Setting the highest standards for comp sites, a true example of how they should be run. I've had a win and although nothing substantial a coffee machine (don't know why I entered it 😂) asked for cash alternative and 15 mins later they had credited it, the process was super fast super professional and easy. Replies when you have queries are fast and courteous, competitions are fair. Family run. Beautiful ladies at the face of it all. Absolutely no doubts about using them in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. They should be used to teach other much bigger sites, how to do things properly. Watch out cause this site is going to be the biggest and best one out there in the very near future.

As with all of these sites it's a game…

As with all of these sites it's a game of luck and yes you see the same names coming up constantly, however buy more tickets, spend more money and you've got more chance of getting a prize (not necessarily winning 😉) . I entered multiple low odds raffles a few tickets on each and won a prize a Logitech steering wheel, this was my first go at easypeasy. Not received the email yet to confirm and found out by going on their Facebook page and watching the live draw video...think that's the only part I could even criticise that you have to go on the Facebook page to see if you've won or you have to wait until they email. Comparing to other sites and I've tried a few, I like that the tickets are limited which gives you a much better chance, I like the site UI, easy to navigate and not laggy like others. With regards to the bad reviews I've seen here, it did instantly put doubts in my mind, however as with other sites I've seen it's the same names constantly (max ticket buyers most of the time, doesn't mean they win long term) Gave easypeasy a chance and won something and with only a small amount of tickets. It's a game of chance when all said and done and it's going to always feel like a scam when you don't win and see the same name coming up, that being said are you spending as much as they are? I do believe that this is one of the better sites out there. Enter the lower odds raffles that are limited tickets instead of spending so much on instant wins and bigger prize raffles and your day will come. Limit yourself and don't spend more than you can afford to lose then you'll not be as disappointed and bitter about it. Give them a chance they clearly are trying to be one of the more fair, open and honest competition sites out there.

Buy cheap buy twice do not buy from this company…

The gun has been sent with a foreign plug, I have bought an adaptor after hunting everywhere for the right one but every time I plug it in it blows the fuse on the socket. No customer support, would not recommend this company I’ve had no reply after asking what adaptor it requires in the UK. Buyers beware. Any good reviews are through the incentive of free bullets if you leave a good review. The gun is useless and I have one unhappy child who was so excited to receive this as a Christmas gift.

Not impressed

Firstly I’d like to say the two reps that I met were lovely, very polite professional and friendly. However…allowed quickline to do a meet and greet in my pub over two weeks ago, they initially asked if I would like to charge for the room and I said no, free. They then asked if they could give away drinks to the value of £100 behind the bar to my customers to entice them in for a chat about their broadband. I sent an invoice a week before this as they requested. On the day they asked for my bank details (was on the bottom of the invoice) said it would be paid that day. Nothing that day. On the day the bill quickly got to £100 I was then asked if it could go over….I agreed. A week later nothing had been paid, so I chased it up a few days later I got a message to say accounts had been trying to reach me which is why it hasn’t been paid to confirm my bank details. They hadn’t. A day or two after I got a phone call from accounts to verify my bank details. Online banking does this for you so I thought it was rather strange. Fast forward and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t been paid. We are small village pub and we have to pay for our product up front. I would not recommend this company at all now and won’t be using their service. I basically have paid for free drinks for my customers so they could get customers. I will also let the customers from the village know about it.

Issues Resolved Fast, Professional Customer Service

Contacted them about a payment issue which turned out to be a misunderstanding on my behalf, a family member had used my card to verify their account and accidentally signed up to a premium listing which resulted in me being charged. I contacted them and they were very responsive and helpful. Refunded my payment no questions asked. Thanks for your help.

Avoid at all costs ordering online from the range.

Shocking customer service. Took money said they had sent. DHL never received. Paid extra for next day delivery. Customer service absolutely useless. Broken English. Still have no clue where my order is. Waited in 2 days. Spent over an hour on the phone. Still clueless. Got an email update processing a refund on a returned item in my order. I never returned anything. No contact to let me know where my order is. Shocking. Avoid ordering online. Absolutely messed up my whole week...had to cancel the flowers I had ordered for the baskets. Lost money in wages....shop elsewhere.

UPDATE: After waiting days for the products to arrive then the refund today I got an email with a refund confirmation. You honestly could not make this up but they have only refunded 1 item of the 10 items in the order. I received nothing. So now with it being bank holiday weekend in the UK I will have to wait a further 3 days on top of the 5 it takes for the refund. To receive my money back from this company.

In regards to the reply below. You couldn't pay me to shop with your company ever again. I will also be warning people whenever I see your companies name. Disgusting. Looking at the reviews here on trustpilot its about time somebody got trading standards involved.

I've used parcel2go for a while and…

I've used parcel2go for a while and have never had any issues with them. I used DX from their providers this time and the service was shocking. Didn't collect the day they said waited in all day and then rescheduled for the next day turned up in the afternoon expecting to collect 2 parcels so was confused. 2 days later got to seller and it was smashed to pieces and I over compensated with protective packaging so it had taken a big battering or been walked on. Parcel 2 go is an easy to use service but as a broker I feel its your responsibility to vet these companies. DX has 1 star here on trustpilot with thousands of complaints why are you even still using them?? Again I do reiterate as far as a brokerage goes their website is simple and its an easy to use service so my problem isn't direct with them but DX. However losing 2 stars for not protecting your clients from bad couriers and its clear DX are just that.

Avoid monzo like you would avoid the Coronavirus!!

Avoid opening an account with Monzo like you would avoid the Coronavirus! After looking into them more it seems I’m not alone with hundreds of people experiencing the same issue. Freezing and closing bank accounts with no reason then making you wait weeks to get your money back.

No notice is given they just simply block your account and then when you get in touch they say we’ve decided to close your account. No reasons given either apparently they send a notification to your feed but it is not there. Another scam company robbing people.

Do not and I warn you do not open an account with monzo you could end up waiting months to get any of your money back. 3 months after opening its now been closed.

I’m just glad it wasn’t thousands they’ve froze like some people on here.

Awful company. Book direct with providers not these!

Awful company.

All of the people giving 5 star reviews saying easy to apply for a refund? You haven’t received your refund yet. A company of this size and magnitude should be able to process refunds faster to allow people access to their funds in this hard time.

Customer service can’t cope with the high volume of enquiries and complaints again perhaps your directors should take a pay cut and invest in more operators to work through them or do some work themselves.

10 days for a reply is a joke 😂 the goverment and tax man at this time actually replied within 24 hours? Yet up to 10 days for a reply to a customer service message. But wait when the bad review is online here comes a member of support 😂🙈 why do you have time to reply to bad reviews yet not to reply to customers. Simply delaying refunds for financial reasons.

If you can still sell tickets and have enough workforce to sell them why not focus on your present customers! Money money money.

I for one will never use the Trainline for tickets again in the future spend at least 1000 a year. I’ll book direct with the operators.

Process the refunds to people who are due them and please explain To me why it’s 28 days to get your money back?
