Order tool at 0904, to get next day delivery, waited in all day for item, nothing, contacted customer services (CS), to be told tool not in stock, but no one took time to tell me, passed thru four (CS) without one answering queery, then told item on way a week later in different box. Shoddy (CS) waste of time to get information. Would not use firm again.

as usual it is a very seamless transaction, order online and go and pick it up, the only gripe is there is sometimes a big queue waiting for the next cashier, maybe have more windows and more staff dealing with customers as some of us do not get that long for a meal break, overall though a good experience and trouble free.
