Ordered on 25th May and called to confirm delivery date due to poor reviews. Was told 7-10 days. Then told that BBQ was out of stock on 29th May so agreed to a replacement and told that it would arrive after the remainder of the order. Called on 5th June and was told it would be another week, called a week later and told it would be another 2-3 weeks. Staff are very helpful and courteous however it appeared that this is a very common occurrence, had to cancel order as I had no faith that the order would ever be received.

Ordered materials on Sunday evening, arrived on Wednesday as promised. Due to incorrect measuring by me I had called to enquire about an exchange and was told it would be no problem and was given a contact name of someone at my local store.
