Ultra fast delivery. The PEPW-2500 Pressure Washer is an absolute bargain for under one hundred pounds. It is easily manoeuvrerable and feels bomb proof. It's relatively quiet for a motor of this size and was assembled in ten minutes. As good as any popular brands at a fraction of the price. It feels like it's going to last many many years with a power to do most jobs around the house. Totally recommended.

Bunch of liars. Impossible to speak to anyone. Emails take six days for response if any at all. Delivery time frames are a serious joke, tracking not available, say they've delivered when it obviously hasn't been. They change delivery times without notice and they ruin good companies reputation. Where are the supervisors to get a grip of your 35,000 one star reviews. Useless on all fronts.

Yet again useless service. They never arrive on correct day. Tracking is awful. Customer service non existent & impossible to contact. They reply to emails three days later. How the heck are they still in business & where are the so called area managers taking control of this shambles of a so called ' company '. They need firing immediately. Always unreliable. Your losing customers of established businesses in droves and I'm now one of them. 💩💩💩💩

Superb advice about art dj pre amp, great communication and rapid delivery. Pre amp is ace and built like a tank and delivers in spades. Very punchy with sub bass speaker. Has a high lumen blue light that looks the Business and is probably visible from the moon. Cut off switches are noticeable/effective. Great company 🔥

OFFICE are impossible to contact directly. Email replies take three days which isn't much help if the yodel ( also useless communication channels ) delivery driver says he's delivered it when he obviously hasn't. If you want the most stressful, time wasting purchase you'll ever make shop with OFFICE.

Received 'returned ' item sold as new. Ordered from FLANNELS received from FRASER in a cheap looking bag which was torn . Tag had been tampered with. £6.99 to return item. I'll count my losses.
