Quite easy to arrange

Quite easy to arrange. However, the real test with insurance comes when you make a claim - that remains an unknown.

the database is useful

the database is useful. The entries can be over-complicated and duplicated a bit. If you have OCD you could spend hours and hours on this. The problem is that you are downloading how someone else has entered data and that may not fit with how you want to format your entries. Handy to have on your phone and allows a quick look to see what recordings you have to avoid duplication.

Extremely speedy response

Extremely speedy response, almost like they were sitting there waiting for my message. Able to come that day to diagnose the problem. This was done very efficiently and explained the problem clearly and what needed to be done.
The re-lining of drains was undertaken the next day. The work was performed very promptly and neatly, but it is not cheap. However, investigating typical costs elsewhere it is probably in line with others. 10 year warranty which I hope won't be needed. The problem appears to have been sorted out.

Relatively easy to use site. Provided the cover I wanted.

Relatively easy to use site on-line and not too many medical questions. Upgrading to higher cover worked. Promotional code used. With insurance companies the real test is when you need to make a claim. That has not arisen, so all I can say is their site was simple, good range of products and they took my money happily. I think their rates are favourable compared with others but not by a large amount.

The engineer was very efficient and friendly.

The engineer was very efficient and arrived on time on both occasions (second time after parts arrived). Worked efficiently and no mess. Explained the problem clearly and identified the fault and got correct parts ordered. Very pleased with service and would use again. Price was cheaper than other companies. Best of all the engineer arrived as planned and we were informed he was on his way.

Excellent friendly service

Excellent service. Booked repair, engineer contacted us and time arranged, turned up on time. Parts needed and aquired, returned and repaired Miele dishwasher. (It should be pointed out that Miele booked but never turned up AND still wanted to charge £170). NAC was cheaper and actually arrived. Very pleasant and tidy engineer who knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend and cheaper than Miele.

The website is informative and some helpful videos. If you know what you want then fine. Going to the store physically is a disappointment as the staff are not that helpful. I suspect they are selected more for their technical knowledge than their customer skills. If you pretty much know what you want then Wex is fine. If you need help in deciding go to John Lewis.

Dunster House Avon

Website is informative and useful for building information and being able to access instructions. Delivery was efficient and prompt.
Two men built it in one day and found it straightforward. Having the doors and windows a different colour looks nice and you can order the paints for this at the outset. You really need three coats, but there is plenty of paint for that.
Make sure you order everything up front as additional items have a £20 delivery charge.

Firstly I am struck that all reviews…

Firstly I am struck that all reviews are 1 star. That must say something even if happy customers don't bother.
Every time I use the Long Stay Car Park there is a problem getting out with poor signs to the Exit so you go round and round. Secondly at the barrier the ticket is either not recognised or a high charge requested.
Secondly the buses are late and over-crowded and not that frequent.
Our flight was delayed; the baggage was delayed and then the bus takes ages so I would at least lie to exit the car park and get home.
Tip: write your reference number down and keep it accessible in the car.

The web site was easy to use and I feel…

The web site was easy to use and I feel the prices are reasonable. However, with all these things the proof of the service is when you have to make a claim. Touch wood, I have not had to do so. However I will be happy to write a further review if I ever have to make a claim. Hopefully not.
