Got an email from Boots with an offer Iwanted. A good deal on a product I love with it being on half price sale---but online only I later found out! Went into my branch and they had the product I wanted but on a different deal. So was forced to order online and have it delivered to the branch and had to make another trip back to collect it. Seemed crazy Icould not buy it the first time I was in store and just showing the email. They could really work on this! Very inconvenient.

Know the brand well and generally very good quality. Always a bit pricey though, even with the various discounts. Ordered a jacket and the zip stuck a bit in one place, nothing to see but you felt it. Sent it back and re-ordered. Second jacket did the same and I am going to keep my fingers crossed, take a chance and hope it is OK..... Not ideal when paying a lot but want to keep the jacket and not sure if I should re-order a 3rd time!

We have been loyal customers of Pure H2O since around 1990, when we installed a machine in our health food store in Barnes, southwest London. Between 1990-1998, we sold many thousands of gallons of pure water and many of our customers went on to purchase machines for their own homes. By all accounts, all of those customers were delighted with the product and the fantastic service from Pure H2O, as were we. In 1995 we had a domestic machine installed in our own home and recently upgraded to the wonderful new Pure H2O RODI+. It is small, compact, quiet, quick and efficient. In over 30 years we can honestly say we have received exemplary service both from the service engineers and indeed, on occasion, from Roger himself. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Friends and family often comment on the pure taste of the water. Tea and coffee and food taste so much better. But more important is the knowledge that our water is free from chemicals and contaminants of all kinds. We feel this is a vital aspect to doing the best for our health that we can. Even our 10 year old “bean to cup” coffee machine has benefitted and has remained clean and scale free.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure H2O and their products to anyone wishing to improve their health and enjoy clean, pure tasting water. Far, far better and purer than anything you can buy, plus saving on single use plastics that bottled water requires.
