Great service , had a few items from Race Sim could not be more helpful, received orders next day , and any set up questions was answered straight away . I would recommend to anyone..

Nest heat link went down , so boxy came out the engineer arrived and changed the heat link box and left with out testing the stat was off line so I called him to be told my stat was faulty and that I needed a new one .
I own a plumbers merchants and I have never heard of one of these going faulty .so when I got home I tried to pair it back with my WiFi which I did eventually and it was working .
After this we went away for the weekend and when we got back there was no life in the stat again I went to the airing cupboard to check the heat link box it had no light on it when I touch the box it crackled and the box was lose .
I called boxt to send another engineer out as this installer had left a dangerous connection to be told it was my stat which again I told them it was not , they agree to send someone else he arrived to confirm the install from the first engineer was bad and the link and power connection was loose and the box was not even sealed .
He required the heat link box and tested and it was working fine so we are not happy with the service we had as the engineer left our system untested and dangerous.

Wow what service 1 week from ordering my bespoke pc to receiving it , Ross was Brillant went above and beyond, even spec it better for the same price I wanted a all white pc and that’s what I got . These guys are Brillant could not recommend them more.

Would not use this shop if it was the last tackle shop in the world. Ordered item online but then told it comes from there warehouse which is 14 days , in other words they are using my money to buy it from Matrix. Then item turns up with items missing , called and emailed but nothing of the missing parts sent to me .
This business is a one to be missed.
Hopefully one day I will visit where they are and pop in .
