Purchased a built-in oven for my elderly mother. Delivered on time with message updates and a quick call prior, to let us know it was en-route. Delivery guys were polite and courteous and also carried it into the kitchen, as I couldn't be there, and made sure it was safe/out of the way for her until I could fit it.
Oven itself was reasonably priced, well packaged and as described.
All in all, a seamless buying experience. Would definitely use again.

I was about to order an awning for my van but contacted Perfect Awnings just to check and luckily I did or it would gave been totally wrong. Steve advised me on the correct one and some other bits and pieces and was prompt in responding to my several and separate queries. The awning arrived within the week and seems in good order. I haven't tried it out yet, so this initial review is for Steve and the companies' customer service, which is excellent and always a good sign, I feel.

I ordered, amongst other things, a set of rock pegs and the case was broken when they were delivered. I contacted customer service but they could not send a new case. Instead Adrian refunded the full cost of the set and let me keep the pegs. No quibble, outstanding customer service.

A-Plan was highly recommended to me and I can see why. Jessica (Insurance Consultant) was extremely pleasant, attentive and keen to ensure I got everything I needed, at a very competitive price. Very pleased with my quote and the entire interaction was a pleasure.

Package visibly badly damaged, driver completely unconcerned, gave no advice.
On opening, contents damaged. Now have inconvenience of trying to return/replace.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews for this company but in my personal experience, I got exactly what I ordered (VW badges, grill inserts , wing mirror caps and bonnet bra), all in excellent condition and in good time. I was kept inormed regarding a delay for one item and then when I eventually cancelled I was refunded promptly and in full. So, an honest review; no problems with this company.

Bought smoked rear 3rd brake lights for T6. Goods came well.packaged and in excellent condition, on time. Easy to fit, look great on my van.

Easy to use site, although they say up to 24 hours to send document, I got mine within 3 hours.

We ordered a suite with delivery ' first possibly second week in December'. Updates / information from the guys at White City Mcr were not the best. Getting through on the telephone is nigh in impossible as they are always 'busy with other customers'. When I eventually got through, as we were past the exoected delivery date, II was told we would be contacted on the following Wednesday by the warehouse, as suite was ' coming in then', to arrange delivery the following week. No contact was made and when I contacted them, they could not find my order and then found I was under a completely different order number! Then I was told the guy dealing with my order was not available. Then I was contacted next day to say ' please contact us as your suite has been in the warehouse for quite some time' : nonsense! We had requested the suite be ' broken down' so it could be reassembled in situ due to confined space. It was delivered fully built and the first thing the delivery team said was that ' no way would it go throgh the door'! They had been told nothing about an assembly in situ. To be fair the delivery guys were great and got it through the doors - just. So the suite is great, very good quality at a reasonable price. Delivery was only a couple of weeks out (don't hang your hat on a delivery window). Unfortunately, only 4 stars, as communication was terrible and we were VERY lucky to get it through the door.

Staff will do their utmost to ensure you get the right parts for your vehicle. When things go wrong, they will also do their best to put it right for you . Can't fault these guys.
