Really nice blinds with excellent brackets and good firm roller assembly casing. Because mine was for a bathroom which I have just retiled, the reveal has 2 steps in it, but the brackets were strong enough that I could re-engineer the shape without reducing the strength required. I stress, this is not a fault of the blinds, more me wanting (and getting) the impossible at a great value for money price!

Refreshingly non pompous, no pre-ordained scripts when you talk to them and quite helpful. Will probably take a bit longer than their optimistic ad bites, but good service nevertheless. Phone lines always put you on hold for ages, would be good if they had a Number in the Queue message. E-Mail response is always 'Could take 3 days owing to high volume', but response is same or next day. I would recommend them.
