Great people but bad systems
On good side: they found me a policy
On bad side: their admin systems are badly structured, and I had to fight to obtain a copy and proof of the policy. I called and spoke to nice helpful people, but their admin system did not enable them to send policy docs. I fought for 10 days before I could get policy confirmation.
THEIR ONLY POSITIVE: the employees are really nice, and helpful. Hashini did her best, but wonderful LUCY sorted it out in seconds and sent me the required email.
When you phone for customer support you can end up in some other dept which cannot help, despite being willing.
